The healing power of nature series displayed the bond between man and nature.
Voelvry is about Jannie Adams, a prisoner at Pollsmoor Prison in Cape Town. Jannie is part of a rehabilitation program where prisoners are given baby birds to raise and love. Voelvry was part of the Healing Power of Nature series broadcast on SABC 3. 
The film won the award for best South African short film at the KKNK festival in 2008. 
It was directed by Liz Fish and filmed and edited by Morné Jacobsz.
The Turtleman of Watamu is about Kahindi Changawa a Kenyan turtle activist. 80% of the world's turtles have been killed during the last 40 years.
 Kahindi works within the Watamu Marine National Park trying to protect endangered turtles. Turtles are often killed by fishermen because they destroy nets. Kahindi is finding ways to educate his community about respecting and co-existing with turtles.

Deep Friends is the story of the relationship between Sandy, a traumatised male chimp and his dedicated keeper, Dominique Chinyama. Sandy was found after being attacked by a crocodile. He was severely traumatised and is terrified of the other chimps at Chimfunsi Wildlife Centre in Zambia. The film is about his move to a bigger, more natural enclosure. It was directed by Liz Fish and shot by Tim Chevallier and Morne Jacobsz, who was also the editor.
